Prosecco One & Only Brut 2014 is a sparkling wine from the variety Glera, made by the Charmat method. This means that the secondary fermentation is done within the Inox tanks rather than bottle. Only the highest quality selection of grapes is separated from selected parcels from the sub-region Grave. After the second fermentation wine is on the lees for 6 months. This “high” Prosecco is fresh, aromatic, with integrated soft acids and of perfect carbonation elegance. It has a highly pure and intense flavor to the crust of lemon, grapefruit, green peach and basil with a refreshing, sophisticated and medium-full flavor that is long remembered. Excellent aperitif.
